After 10 years of working in high-tech Silicon Valley, we dreamed of getting out of the rat race and living
in the mountains. So we quit, packed our bags and traveled for a year to rediscover ourselves and to decide
what we wanted to do with our lives. One thing for sure was that we wanted to live near the mountains for
the outdoor activities we both love to do – skiing, hiking, backpacking – but we weren’t sure how we could
make a living. Turns out there are plenty of opportunities in the mountains and we looked to the Rockies
for just the right opportunity. We chose the Hotel Frisco as our new home.
It’s totally different from what we used to do, but we are up for the challenge and ready to learn.
We love Frisco for the local atmosphere and the Main Street location.
It’s just close enough to the resorts without being on it to give it its own personality.
We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment in the Rockies! |
