GUEST REVIEWS

  • 5 stars - This hotel has been perfect, the rooms are large, properly cleaned, has great style, and incredible staff. We love the character this building and our stay has offered. Definitely great for a night in Frisco for people skiing nearby. Well worth the money! - Daryk Childs, 2/18/24 Google review

  • Hotel Frisco was AMAZING! Not only is the location ideal for a cozy and quiet vacation but the hospitality of the staff is top notch. Downtown Frisco has something for everyone. The restaurants were all very yummy! There are cute shops to browse through all down the street that the hotel is on. The proximity to a bus stop to take you to downtown Breck and other skiing locations was only two blocks away. Hotel frisco is adult, family and pet friendly! Our favorite parts of our stay: The happy hour from 4-6pm, is key!!! We loved grabbing a glass of wine before dinner and chatting with other guests or the hotel managers. They also have local musicians that entertain on Fridays and Saturdays during the happy hour time. The community “living room” areas. This is a great spot with the fire to make you cozy. They supply granola bars, water, coffee, hot chocolate, liquid IV, games and books and much more! They are very accommodating during your stay. Hotel management was top notch! Nancy is such a bright character. She is fun to sit and chit chat with. We watched the Super Bowl with her and other guests and had a great time. Bri is very sweet and helpful during our stay. As well as, Kate, she talked with us and made us feel at home in a hotel! The hotel is pet friendly!!!! I think this is one of the best parts! Our dog had an amazing time. She loved going out in the living room area and seeing Nancy, Bri and Kate, as well as the other guests. The location of the hotel is also great for pets. We walked to the bus stop everyday to go skiing and snowboarding. This was very convenient because we never had to drive anywhere! If you are booked for an extended stay management makes it a priority to call their guests and ask if they would like a “room refresh”. Management always answers texts within a timely manner! You can tell they love their jobs and want their guests to have the best experience. - Ashley, 2/16/24 Facebook review

  • 10 (rating) Excellent+ - This is our second time here, and it was just as great as the first time! We love it here. Perfect location on Main Street in Frisco. Beautiful, small hotel. Not to busy and the lady working there was so sweet and helpful. - Luke, Australia, 2/1/24 Booking.com review

The suite was beautiful and spacious. The lobby offers complimentary drinks, coffee, and even a happy hour with live music! Guest services was so friendly. • 10 (rating) - Everything I needed - Very clean, cozy, organized. I decided this trip on the last minute , and this hotel was the best deal, it’s close to Breckenridge and Vail. Loved the snacks , electrolytes, coffee they have available for the guests. Everyone was super nice. The hotel offered what we needed after a full day of activities. Good shower, comfortable bed. - Delano, U.S., 1/23/24 Booking.com review

  • 10 (rating) - Wonderful experience, would rather stay here than the previous experience I had at an Aspen resort - The lobby and the amenities were a great touch. Knowing I’d probably see and need IV hydration packets and a variety of drinks was nice. The small things really count for me, including the type of shampoo and conditioner they had. The decor was cute and the bedding was comfortable. The customer service was amazing via text and their preprinted signage, I initially thought contactless checkin might be an issue but it was completely seamless and now I prefer it if they are offering what hotel frisco is doing. - Maria, U.S., 1/17/24 Booking.com review

  • 10 (rating) - Comfortable and warm stay for a good weekend getaway - Walking distance to Frisco shops and restaurants. Updated rooms with an old town feeling. Friendly staff and we add the $15 parking pass which allowed us to park behind the building with a short walking distance to the hotel. - Jeremy, U.S., 1/1/24 Booking.com review

  • Ski trip 2023 - Nancy Price and her team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She was communicative with us before our trip and we felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend Hotel Frisco to all! - lauriesF4030RR, 12/24/23 TripAdvisor review

  • Excellent hotel - Excellent hotel right on the Main Street. Strong eco ethic, clean rooms, comfortable bed, good shower (shampoo/conditioner/wash provided), excellent throughout. If you live with mobility concerns choose ground floor as no elevator (but good handrails). Parking permit in your room for behind hotel. Just use code in your booking info to get into your room if no one at reception when you arrive. Very helpful friendly staff. Would come again. - Cel_W, York, United Kingdom, 12/19/23 TripAdvisor review

  • 10 out of 10 (rating) - Excellent stay - Kate greeted us when we arrived and showed us to our room. She was so accommodating. The hotel is newly renovated. • Adorable, well appointed, enjoyable, perfect location - Hotel Frisco was terrific! The location is great, they allow pets and they offer a nice little happy hour in the lobby. There was acoustic music when we were there. It was very relaxed and enjoyable. We made friends with some other hotel patrons and the musician. We will stay there again. - Discover52402887500, 11/12/23 TripAdvisor review

  • 5/5 (rating) - This place is so cute and charming. The location is perfect- right on Main St. We came up for a quick ski weekend and this will be where we stay in the future. The staff was great as well! - Cindy McCoy, Google review

  • 5/5 (rating) - We rented 2 rooms for 1 night. Was in Frisco for a wedding. They were VERY flexible with our check in time so we had time to get ready. Kate was great to work with. Both rooms were very clean & comfortable. Using the codes to get in & out was a learning experience. The only thing I wish was maybe light up number pads to see the numbers when trying to get into the hotel at night. Would definitely stay there again! - Stacey, Google review

  • 5/5 (rating) - My son and his girlfriend stayed for one night while skiing at Breck and found Hotel Frisco to be perfect. Just the right location (close enough to the mountain, and within a few hundred feet of tons of great restaurants and shops), size of room, amenities and price. Cozy - "so ideal." Would definitely stay again! - Teri Scott, Google review

  • Beautifully redone, clean, friendly, dog friendly, FUN - Stayed in the apartment for 4 nights during 3rd week of August. The apartment was amazing - full kitchen, bedroom with walk-in closet, large beautiful bathroom, laundry facilities, CLEAN, and several areas to congregate with friends - inside and out. Hard to believe, but it's also dog friendly! A great location in the middle of downtown Frisco - it can be a bit noisy on Friday/Saturday nights, but the noise calmed down fairly early (10ish). Parking was reasonably priced, just out the back door, and very predictable. Close to Leadville (a family member was running the Leadville 100 miler which is what brought us into town), an easy walk to Frisco Bay, plenty of good restaurants, beautiful scenery. Hotel staff were present throughout our stay, and were very friendly and efficient. I had read bad reviews from years past, but decided to give it a chance, since it changed hands in Feb 2023 (I think), recently reopened in June 2023 - with a very lovely remodel/upgrade, was more reasonably priced than VRBOs, and nice reception on phone inquiries. The lobby is cozy, and outdoor patio on Main Street is a fun way to relax with a beverage. Hope I have a chance to return! - Go791442, 9/5/23 TripAdvisor review
